Klimax is a publication about Alpine tourism and its direct impact on the Alps. At the beginning of the book is the photo gallery. The excursion to the mountains is thus also a hobby and leisure activity of thousands of people in the Alpine region. People want to enjoy the untouched nature and do sports at the same time. In the photo series, an attempt was made to capture the human traces and artefacts in the Alps and thus illustrate how the Alps are used today. The title Klimax refers to the peak of the mountain and is on the one hand an allusion to the peak of Alpine tourism due to the restructuring of Alpine nature.
